Crystal Acrylic is 5 mm clear acrylic with a double-sided UV print and polished edges — bright, modern, gallery-style. Premium Wood is 5 mm MDF with a single-sided UV print and a matte archival finish — warm, organic, traditional. Wood starts at $33 (8"), Acrylic starts at $58 (8"). Both come with a free-standing base and ship in protective packaging.

Production begins once we have a clear, usable photo and your order details, and usually takes 3–5 business days. If anything in the photo is unclear, we email you before production. We deliver to the US, Canada, the UK, the EU, Switzerland and Norway: Standard 7–10 business days ($13, free over $120) or Express 3–5 business days ($29). Tracking is provided for every order.

A clear, well-lit, high-resolution photo works best — ideally 1500 pixels wide or larger, front-facing, with the subject filling most of the frame. Phone photos work fine if the lighting is good. Our retouchers manually clean the background and adjust the image for print. If a photo is too low-resolution, we email you and request a better one — no extra charge.

Three display sizes: 8" (≈20 cm — desk and shelf), 12" (≈30 cm — most popular, mantel-ready) and 14" (≈35 cm — statement piece). All sizes include a matching base. Product photos illustrate the design; use the listed dimensions to choose the right size for your space.

Because every figurine is custom-made with your photo and name, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. We replace any item damaged in transit or with a production defect free of charge — just send a photo within 7 days of delivery. Full details on our Return & Refund Policy page.
